• Times Must Also Be Written on the BOL IN UTC TIMEZONE OR YOU WILL BE DENIED DETENTION!! No Exceptions!!

• BOLS must be attached nicely, or Detention will not be considered

• Detention Will only be paid on Monday thru Friday. The weekend isn't real.

• Once submitted, allow 3 business days for accessorials to be processed and the carrier pigeon to deliver the money.

• Detention Time starts 3 hours after the appointment time. The lumpers need a break too.

• This is a very serious website, please only submit very serious detention requests.

• Late trucks will not be compensated for detention time unless we feel like it.

• If you are a trucker, you are not eligible for detention. You are a trucker, not a truck.
